The large pool is surrounded by an extended patio which includes a covered Lanai and ceiling fans. If you find the pool is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional charge - it is recommended for October to March, but can be heated at any time with prior request. The patio is furnished with high quality furniture, including chairs, table, and sun beds which allows you to just lie back, relax and soak up the Florida sunshine.
The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean, keep the insects at bay and does not affect your tan. The pool is cleaned & serviced weekly so you can be sure it is safe to swim in.
A pool safety fence is available for additional peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa and takes only seconds to put in place.
The pool light looks fantastic in the evenings when you’re sitting enjoying a drink or two!
